Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RepVive website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RepVive, operated by T2G Holdings Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 5599 Number 3 Road, Vancouver, BC V6X 0X8, Canada. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date.

2. Description of Services

RepVive provides Google review removal services, including the removal of negative Google Maps reviews (typically 1-2 star ratings) from Google Business Profiles.

The specific services, pricing, and payment model applicable to your engagement will be outlined in your service proposal or confirmed in writing prior to service commencement.

Additional services including de-indexing, Reddit removal, PR placements, and other reputation management services may be available and are governed by separate written agreements.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Service Terms and Results

Pay-Per-Removal Model:For Google review removal services, you are only charged upon successful removal of targeted reviews. “Successful removal” means the review is no longer publicly visible on the Google Business Profile at the original review link.

No Guarantees: While we maintain an exceptional success rate, we cannot guarantee removal of all content. Factors outside our control may affect outcomes, including platform policy changes, technical limitations, and third-party dependencies.

Timeframes: Google review removal services can take up to 14 business days to complete from the date of service activation. Typically, reviews are removed within 72 hours. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. RepVive offers the following payment structures:

  • Pre-Authorized Pay-Per-Removal: A $1.00 card verification charge is processed to validate and store your payment method. You are then billed automatically at the agreed per-review rate as each review is confirmed removed. No additional approval is required for each charge.
  • Deposit & Balance: A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is due before work commences. The remaining 50% is due upon successful removal. If removal is unsuccessful, the deposit is refunded in full.

The applicable payment model will be confirmed in your service proposal. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments processed via Stripe.

6. Refund Policy

Unsuccessful removal: If we are unable to remove targeted reviews after exhausting all available methods, no charges beyond the verification fee (if applicable) will be processed, or your deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

Successful removal: Once a review has been confirmed as successfully removed, all charges for that removal are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation: You may cancel services at any time by notifying us in writing. The $1.00 verification charge and any per-removal charges already processed are non-refundable. Under the deposit model, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.

7. Lifetime Warranty

If a Google review that was successfully removed by RepVive reappears at the same review link, we will re-attempt removal at no additional charge. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the original service engagement.

This warranty does not cover new reviews posted by the same or different reviewers, reviews at different links, or any reviews not part of the original engagement. New reviews require a separate service purchase.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting RepVive at support@repvive.co and allowing 10 business days to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of services, forfeiture of all refund eligibility, reinstatement of removed content where possible, and pursuit of all available legal and collection remedies.

9. User Obligations

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the reviews to be removed, including Google review share links
  • Remove any owner replies to targeted reviews before we commence work
  • Respond to our information requests within 48 to 72 hours
  • Not contact Google directly regarding the review removal during the active service period
  • Not disclose our removal methods, strategies, or processes to third parties
  • Not engage competing removal services for the same reviews while our services are active

10. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client matters. Information about your engagement, including content targeted for removal, methods used, and outcomes, will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to perform the Services or as required by law.

You agree not to publicly disclose the existence of the service engagement, the identity of RepVive as a service provider, or the nature of services performed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepVive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from RepVive related to your enquiry, service updates, and other communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
